How long will my order take to arrive?Updated 21 days ago

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as major sales or Christmas, processing may take a few business days longer due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: allow additional time
• Busy periods: delivery can take up to 10 business days
• Partner Warehouses: Some items ship directly from partner warehouses and may have separate delivery timeframes. This will be noted on the product page where applicable (and when possible) and can add a few days to the timeframe. Please Note: Some Partner warehouse products can take longer to dispatch.

Orders usually ship Monday to Friday, with some Saturday dispatches when available. Partner warehouse and big and bulky items may follow separate processing and carrier timeframes.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volumes, weather, and your distance from our Melbourne distribution centre or partner warehouses. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.

 Please note: Most residential deliveries do not require a signature. You can choose to require a signature at checkout when that option is available. Big and bulky items may follow different carrier requirements. If the courier determines that it is unsafe to leave the parcel, the delivery may be carded and taken to the nearest pickup location.
