The most common reasons a code won’t work or apply:

• The code has expired or already been used

• The items in your cart are excluded (some sale, clearance, and partner-brand items are excluded from promotions)

• The code was typed with an extra space - Try typing it manually rather than pasting

• Your cart doesn’t meet a minimum spend requirement for that code

• You’re trying to combine two promotional or discount codes. Only one promotional or discount code can be used per order. Multiple purchased gift cards can be used on the same order, and purchased gift cards can be combined with one promotional or discount code.

If none of these apply, contact us before completing your order with the code and a screenshot, and we’ll sort it out.

We can’t retroactively apply discount codes to completed orders.
